Shipping Policy:

During the summer months we only ship Monday - Wednesday to CA, OR, NV. We only ship Monday - Tuesday to WA, ID, CO, NM, WY, HI. We only ship on Mondays to all other states. The rest of the year we ship Monday - Friday.

Ground Shipping: Allow 7 to 10 business days for Ground shipments to be delivered. 

2 Day Air Deliveries: Allow 5 business days for non-California addresses.  Allow 2 business days for California addresses.  

UPON DELIVERY ADULT SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED BY A PERSON AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD.

Note: Our shipping rates are calculated in increments of bottles ordered, with a 36 bottle maximum per order.  If you are ordering more than 36 bottles at one time, please note that the shipping rates will be adjusted accordingly and you will be contacted by our shipping department.

Special note on shipping... Due to Federal Regulations, we can only ship champagne and wine to the following states:

In addition, your state may have regulations as to the quantity of wine and champagne you may order. Please take a moment to read the limitations for your state. Limits are based on 750 ml bottle size.

Alaska

Alaska Residents over 21 years of age can order up to 60 bottles of wine per month per individual for personal consumption only. The delivery must be made to a person who is at least 21 years of age by a carrier who will check identification and have the customer sign for receipt of wine.  Note: There are areas within Alaska that Direct shipments are prohibited for internet, phone, mail, fax and club.  If your order fails compliance, we will contact you.

California

California Residents over 21 years of age may order an unlimited number cases of alcohol per month for private use and consumption. The delivery must be made to a person who is at least 21 years of age by a carrier who will check identification and have the customer sign for receipt of wine.

Colorado

Colorado Residents over 21 years of age may order an unlimited number cases of alcohol per month for private use and consumption. The delivery must be made to a person who is at least 21 years of age by a carrier who will check identification and have the customer sign for receipt of wine.

District of Columbia

Washington D.C. Residents over 21 years of age may order up to 12 bottles of wine per month per individual for personal consumption only. The delivery must be made to a person who is at least 21 years of age by a carrier who will check identification and have the customer sign for receipt of wine.

Georgia

Georgia Residents over 21 years of age may order up to 12 cases of wine per year per household for personal consumption only. The delivery must be made to a person who is at least 21 years of age by a carrier who will check identification and have the customer sign for receipt of wine.

Florida

Florida Residents over 21 years of age may order an unlimited number cases of champagne and wine per month for private use and consumption. Actual Direct Shipping Legislation is still working through the legislature and it is unknown how or when it will be adopted. The consumer is responsible for paying sales tax. The Wine Club is accepting Florida members with the caveat up front that their membership may be temporary. The delivery must be made to a person who is at least 21 years of age by a carrier who will check identification and have the customer sign for receipt of wine.  Note: There are areas within Florida that Direct shipments are prohibited for internet, phone, mail, fax and club.  If your order fails compliance, we will contact you.

Hawaii

Hawaii Residents over 21 years of age can order up to 72 bottles of wine per year per household for personal consumption only. The delivery must be made to a person who is at least 21 years of age by a carrier who will check identification and have the customer sign for receipt of wine.

Idaho

Idaho Residents over 21 years of age can order up to 2 cases of wine per month per individual (24 cases per year) for personal consumption only. The delivery must be made to a person who is at least 21 years of age by a carrier who will check identification and have the customer sign for receipt of wine.

Illinois

Illinois Residents over 21 years of age can order up to 12 cases of wine per year per individual for personal consumption only. The delivery must be made to a person who is at least 21 years of age by a carrier who will check identification and have the customer sign for receipt of wine.

Iowa

Iowa Residents over 21 years of age may order an unlimited number cases of champagne and wine per month personal consumption only.  The delivery must be made to a person who is at least 21 years of age by a carrier who will check identification and have the customer sign for receipt of wine.

Kansas

Kansas Residents over 21 years of age can order up to 12 cases of wine per year per individual for personal consumption only. The delivery must be made to a person who is at least 21 years of age by a carrier who will check identification and have the customer sign for receipt of wine.

Maine

Maine Residents over 21 years of age can order up to 144 bottles of wine per year per address for personal consumption only.  Restriction: No bottles can be smaller than 750 milliliters (no 500 ml (port), 375ml, or 187ml).  The delivery must be made to a person who is at least 21 years of age by a carrier who will check identification and have the customer sign for receipt of wine.

Maryland

Maryland Residents over 21 years of age can order up to 216 bottles of wine per year per address for personal consumption only.  The delivery must be made to a person who is at least 21 years of age by a carrier who will check identification and have the customer sign for receipt of wine.

Michigan

Michigan Residents over 21 years of age may order an unlimited number cases of alcohol per month for private use and consumption. There is an aggregate limit of 1,500 cases per year to ALL Michigan consumers for our Korbel license. If the 1,500 case limit is exceeded during a calendar year, you will contacted regarding your order. The delivery must be made to a person who is at least 21 years of age by a carrier who will check identification and have the customer sign for receipt of wine.

Minnesota

Minnesota Residents over 21 years of age can order up to 24 bottles of wine per year per individual for personal consumption only. The delivery must be made to a person who is at least 21 years of age by a carrier who will check identification and have the customer sign for receipt of wine.

Missouri

Missouri Residents over 21 years of age can order up to 24 bottles of wine per month per individual for personal consumption only. The delivery must be made to a person who is at least 21 years of age by a carrier who will check identification and have the customer sign for receipt of wine.

Nebraska

Nebraska Residents over 21 years of age can order up to 12 bottles of wine per month per individual for personal consumption only. The delivery must be made to a person who is at least 21 years of age by a carrier who will check identification and have the customer sign for receipt of wine.

Nevada

Nevada residents 21 years of age or older can receive up to 144 bottles of wine per year per individual for personal use. All shipments must be made to an adult over 21 years of age. The carrier will require a signature for receipt of the shipment.

New Hampshire

New Hampshire Residents over 21 years of age can order up to 12 cases of wine per year per individual for personal consumption only.  The delivery must be made to a person who is at least 21 years of age by a carrier who will check identification and have the customer sign for receipt of wine.  Note: There are areas within New Hampshire that Direct shipments are prohibited for internet, phone, mail, fax and club.  If your order fails compliance, we will contact you.

New Mexico

New Mexico Residents over 21 years of age can order up to 24 bottles of wine per month per individual for personal consumption only. The delivery must be made to a person who is at least 21 years of age by a carrier who will check identification and have the customer sign for receipt of wine.

New York

New York Residents over 21 years of age can order up to 216 bottles of wine per year per address for personal consumption only. The delivery must be made to a person who is at least 21 years of age by a carrier who will check identification and have the customer sign for receipt of wine.

North Carolina

North Carolina Residents over 21 years of age can order up to 24 bottles of wine per month per individual for personal consumption only. The delivery must be made to a person who is at least 21 years of age by a carrier who will check identification and have the customer sign for receipt of wine.

North Dakota

North Dakota Residents over 21 years of age can order up to 36 bottles of wine per month per individual for personal consumption only. The delivery must be made to a person who is at least 21 years of age by a carrier who will check identification and have the customer sign for receipt of wine.

Oregon

Oregon Residents over 21 years of age can order up to 24 bottles of wine per month per individual for personal consumption only. The delivery must be made to a person who is at least 21 years of age by a carrier who will check identification and have the customer sign for receipt of wine.

South Carolina

South Carolina Residents over 21 years of age can order up to 24 bottles of wine per month per individual for personal consumption only. The delivery must be made to a person who is at least 21 years of age by a carrier who will check identification and have the customer sign for receipt of wine.

Tennessee

Tennessee Residents over 21 years of age can order up to 12 bottles of wine per month per individual for personal consumption only. There is also an annual limit of 36 bottles per year per individual.  The delivery must be made to a person who is at least 21 years of age by a carrier who will check identification and have the customer sign for receipt of wine.  Note: There are areas within Tennessee that Direct shipments are prohibited for internet, phone, mail, fax and club.  If your order fails compliance, we will contact you.

Texas

Texas Residents over 21 years of age can order up to 15 cases of wine per year (12-month-period) per individual (and only 46 bottles per calendar month per individual) for personal consumption only. The delivery must be made to a person who is at least 21 years of age by a carrier who will check identification and have the customer sign for receipt of wine.

Vermont

Vermont Residents over 21 years of age can order up to 144 bottles of wine per year per individual for personal consumption only.  Restriction: No Port or Sherry.  The delivery must be made to a person who is at least 21 years of age by a carrier who will check identification and have the customer sign for receipt of wine.

Virginia

Virginia Residents over 21 years of age can order up to 24 bottles of wine per month per individual for personal consumption only. The delivery must be made to a person who is at least 21 years of age by a carrier who will check identification and have the customer sign for receipt of wine.

Washington

Washington Residents over 21 years of age may order an unlimited number cases of alcohol per month for private use and consumption. The delivery must be made to a person who is at least 21 years of age by a carrier who will check identification and have the customer sign for receipt of wine.

West Virginia

West Virginia Residents over 21 years of age can order up to 24 bottles of wine per month per individual for personal consumption only. The delivery must be made to a person who is at least 21 years of age by a carrier who will check identification and have the customer sign for receipt of wine.  Note: There are 14 areas within WV that Direct shipments are prohibited for internet, phone, mail, fax and club:  Bethany, Calhoun, Capon Bridge, East Bank, Fort Gay, Grant, Jackson, Lincoln, Pocahontas, Roane, Upshur, Wayne, Wetzel, Worthington.  If your order fails compliance, we will contact you.

Wisconsin

Wisconsin Residents over 21 years of age can order up to 144 bottles of wine per year per individual for personal consumption only. The delivery must be made to a person who is at least 21 years of age by a carrier who will check identification and have the customer sign for receipt of wine.

Wyoming

Wyoming Residents over 21 years of age can order up to 24 bottles of wine per year per household for personal consumption only. The delivery must be made to a person who is at least 21 years of age by a carrier who will check identification and have the customer sign for receipt of wine.

We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wine into any state outside California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on you behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES MAY BE SOLD AND DELIVERED ONLY TO PERSONS WHO ARE LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. IN PLACING YOUR ORDER, YOU REPRESENT TO US THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AND THE PERSON TO WHOM THE DELIVERY IS MADE IS AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. When your alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving the delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.
